At Reign Prom Boutique, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you talking about your experience with us. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. GOWN REGISTRATION
How It Works
We want you to be the Queen of the ball and as such you shouldn't find other attendees with the exact same dress who have also shopped with us. That's why at Reign we register all dresses sold to the event you are attending. We do this so that you can dance the night away in style and be the unique queen that you ARE! We have a verified list of gowns we sell and are happy to share this with you so just ask. If you don't find the gown of your dreams with us, please ask your next boutique for this same courtesy as you should feel confident knowing you are being treated fairly. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Venmo for your convenience.

The Small Print
At Reign Prom Boutique, all of our unique pieces of inventory have been hand picked by the owner and brought into the store for you! Our staff is here to assist you in finding that perfect gown for your special night. We will be available to assist you in special ordering any of the hundreds of gowns we offer from the manufacturers we carry if you don't see what you are looking for in the store. All of the above take time and money and as such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL The gowns are also fragile in nature and we want every last one of our items to be perfect for you when it leaves our store. We never would sell a gown that has previously been purchased, as we want to maintain the integrity of all of our gowns for you. If we are special ordering an item, we will give you a delivery date from the manufacturer, but those dates cannot be guaranteed as we cannot control shipping times.

Our Policy
We want to allow many young ladies to see our selection and as such we assist in sharing our beautiful items through setting up Pop-Up experiences throughout Palm Beach County. We can travel to your location for private parties if you would like to host an event! Please reach out to us by submitting your info below! *Minimum purchase required. Details upon inquiry.
