At Reign Prom Boutique, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience. As such, we truly believe that it should be just as important as the night of your event and just as memorable! That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If we do not live up to your expectations, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
GOWN REGISTRATION
How It Works
We want you to be the Queen of the ball and as such you shouldn't find other attendees with the exact same dress who have also shopped with us. That's why at Reign we register all dresses sold to the event you are attending. We do this so that you can dance the night away in style and be the unique queen that you ARE! We have a verified list of gowns we sell and are happy to share this with you so just ask. If you don't find the gown of your dreams with us, please ask your next boutique for this same courtesy as you should feel confident knowing you are being treated fairly.
BRINGING THE BEST TO YOU
Our Policy
We offer several methods of payment including all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Venmo for your convenience. We can also send an invoice for any item via email to pay with any major credit card as well. We highly recommend to start shopping early! As we get closer to prom, the registration list fills with other client's choices which means your choices may become more limited. The earlier you start the greater your opportunity to find the perfect dress!
We do not require an appointment, however, if you have a large group or need more personalization we do recommend setting up an appointment during the week with one of our associates. Friday, Saturday and Sundays are very busy but we are happy to assist you with any of your prom needs at any time!
We do limit the gowns in our fitting rooms to 4 at a time. With a large number of choices in our store, this makes it easier for you to focus on finding the right gown for you without being overwhelmed. But don't worry, our staff is here to help you every step of the way.
We do allow photos, but we ask that if they are posted to social media accounts, please tag us @ReignPromBoutique

The Small Print
At Reign Prom Boutique, all of our unique pieces of inventory have been hand picked by the owner and brought into the store for you! Our staff is here to assist you in finding that perfect gown for your special night. We will be available to assist you in special ordering any of the hundreds of gowns we offer from the inventory we carry if you don't see what you are looking for in the store. All of the above take time and money and as such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The gowns are also fragile in nature and we want every last one of our items to be perfect for you when it leaves our store. We never would sell a gown that has previously been purchased, as we want to maintain the integrity of all of our gowns for you. If we are special ordering an item, we will give you a delivery date from the manufacturer, but those dates cannot be guaranteed as we cannot control shipping times.
